Marine life recorded here includes Emperor Angelfish, Nembrotha Nudibranch, Clark's Anemonefish, various wrasses, Speckled Butterflyfish, Pacific Trumpetfish, Semicircle Angelfish, Dotted Anemone Crab, Yellow Boxfish, Grunts, Grainy Cushion Stars, and snails. Due to strong currents and surface surge, a delayed surface marker buoy is essential, and dives should be planned around slack water.
