Yemen's dive sites sit in the Arabian Sea, centred on the Socotra Archipelago. The three sites in Fin's database, Quoin Island, Maha's Rock, and Saddle Island, are all boat-access reef and wall dives suited to intermediate divers, with depths reaching down to forty-five metres. Strong currents are a defining feature across the sites, and divers need solid buoyancy control and drift-diving awareness. Water temperatures are warm year-round, peaking in the warmer months and cooling slightly in late winter and early spring. Recorded species include whale sharks, silvertip sharks, blacktip reef sharks, marble rays, green sea turtles, and common seahorses.
