Boiler wreck Batticaloa is a shallow wreck and reef site located off the coast of Trincomalee. The site features a wreck structure resting at depths between 4 and 10 metres, with an average depth of 7 metres. Due to its shallow profile and mild currents, it is well-suited for beginner divers and open water training. Access to the site is by boat only, with typical dives lasting around 25 minutes. HMS Hermes is a historic shipwreck located off the coast of Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. As the first purpose-built aircraft carrier, the vessel was sunk during the Second World War after sustaining multiple hits. The wreck lies at depths between 42 and 53 metres, with an average depth of 50 metres. This site is a designated British war grave and is strictly for advanced divers due to the deep nature of the wreck, overhead environments, and strong currents.
