Divers can expect mild currents and visibility between 5 and 15 metres. Water temperatures remain between 21 and 23 degrees Celsius, and a 5mm wetsuit is recommended. The site is suitable for beginners, with typical dives lasting 45 minutes. Marine life in this habitat includes various reef fish and invertebrates. Be aware of boat traffic in the area. Facilities available include parking, toilets, showers, changing rooms, a rinse station, air fills, equipment rental, and guided tours.

Plataforma MX-1 is an artificial reef located on a former oil platform situated 3704 metres off the coast of Peru. The site features a steel structure extending to a depth of 60 metres, with diving activities typically occurring between 6 and 60 metres. Due to the depth and potential for strong currents, this site is suitable for advanced divers only. Access is by boat, and guided tours are available. Visibility generally ranges from 15 to 20 metres, while water temperatures fluctuate between 19C and 22C throughout the year. Divers should be aware of hazards including decompression risks, nitrogen narcosis, and the deep nature of the site.

Arrecifes de Vichayito is a reef site located off the northern coast of Peru. Diving depths extend from the surface to 25 metres. Access is by boat only, and the site is suited for intermediate divers with a minimum of Open Water certification. Conditions, including visibility and currents, are variable, requiring divers to check local reports before planning a dive. Water temperatures remain between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius throughout the year. Divers should maintain good buoyancy control to avoid contact with sharp coral and rocks present on the reef structure, which can cause abrasions.
