Jandía's diving character is shaped by an unusually accessible site mix: the majority of sites suit beginners, with shallow reef and cave combinations reachable from shore. Artificial reefs sit alongside natural walls and drop-offs, and the deeper boat sites such as Veril Grande Jandia and El Veril chico offer steep wall diving for intermediate divers. European Parrotfish, Turkish Wrasse, Canary Damsel and Dusky Grouper appear across virtually every site, while the Australian Angel Shark is a notable observation-backed find.

A good number of Jandía's sites are reachable directly from shore, making independent diving straightforward for those with experience of entry and exit on rocky coasts. Boat access opens up the deeper wall sites, including Veril Grande Jandia and Mil Ojos, which would otherwise be out of reach. Several sites offer both entry options, giving operators flexibility depending on conditions.
