Esperance offers a mix of sheltered shore-entry reef sites, seagrass beds, a wall dive and an artificial reef built around the pylons of an old jetty. Most sites suit beginners, with the exception of Shoal Cape, where currents call for more experience. The Weedy Seadragon is the region's signature animal, observed consistently across sites alongside the Western King Wrasse, Harlequin Fish and Bullseye.
