Yorkshire Inland Diving covers four freshwater sites in Yorkshire and Humberside, all in lakes or flooded quarries rather than the sea. Entry at every site is from the shore, and the calm, current-free conditions make this area well suited to beginner training and skills practice. Depths are modest across all sites. Submerged artificial structures provide the main points of interest. Visibility varies between sites and can be affected by silt disturbance.
