Diving in the Midlands means freshwater quarries and lakes, entirely landlocked and purpose-adapted for the sport. The five sites in our database include Stoney Cove and Dosthill Quarry, which offer wall dives and wrecks, alongside Ndac, Razza, and Blue Lagoon. Depths range from around six metres to eighty metres at the deepest sites, covering a broad spread of training and experience levels. Visibility is generally reasonable outside spring algae blooms. Freshwater species recorded here include pike, common perch, common carp, sturgeon, and even freshwater jellyfish.
