Senec's dive sites sit within the Slnečné jazerá lake complex on the outskirts of the town. Both sites, Guláška and Slnečné jazerá, are freshwater artificial reefs accessed from the shore, with depths from shallow to around seventeen metres. Conditions are calm with mild currents, making the area a natural fit for beginner divers and training. Visibility varies between a few metres and twenty metres. The fish population includes carp, pike, catfish, common perch, burbot, European eel, freshwater jellyfish, and sturgeon; because the sites are well frequented by divers, many fish have become accustomed to people and tend to approach closely.
