Indiana Quarries groups together a set of freshwater limestone quarry and lake sites across the state, with site types covering artificial reefs, walls, and wrecks. France Park is the most feature-rich, holding a range of intentionally submerged objects including a plane, a school bus, a pick-up truck, and several boats within a seven-acre limestone quarry. Other sites such as Philips Quarry, Waldron Quarry, and Natural Springs Resort offer similar structured diving with on-site facilities. Depths across the region reach thirty metres. Species include paddlefish, sturgeon, longnose gar, pike, channel catfish, freshwater jellyfish, and largemouth bass. The region is well-supported by local operators and is commonly used for training.
