Unawatuna, near Galle on Sri Lanka's southwest coast, is best known for wreck diving. The six sites include the SS Orestes and the SS Rangoon, both substantial shipwrecks resting at depths that suit intermediate and advanced divers, alongside reef and pinnacle sites accessible to beginners.
