Magadan sits on the Sea of Okhotsk in Russia's remote Far East, and the single site in our database reflects the extreme cold-water nature of this destination. Magadan Otsypcka is a shore-entry reef dive reaching twenty-five metres, where water temperatures hover below freezing for much of the year and climb only to five degrees at their warmest in autumn.
