Rincón sits on Puerto Rico's west coast at the mouth of the Mona Passage, and its dive sites cover reef, wall, artificial reef, and wreck topographies. Shore and boat entries are both available, with depths spanning from shallow coastal reef to around twenty-five metres. Sites include a wall dive, a mixed reef and wreck site at Aguadilla, and Estella Reef, a shallow patch reef a short distance offshore. Visibility varies seasonally, clearing in summer. Species recorded include spotted scorpionfish, nudibranchs, whiptail stingray, decorator crab, arrow crab, foureye butterflyfish, and palometa. A strong operator presence in the area means guided diving is straightforward to arrange.
