Sandugan occupies the north-east coast of Siquijor Island and brings together six sites across reef, wall, drift, seagrass, and artificial reef terrain. Tulapos Marine Sanctuary is a shore-entry protected reef reaching deep water, while Cedric Wall is a drift dive along a reef wall dropping to thirty metres. Nonoc Shoal carries moderate currents and suits intermediate divers, whereas Flora's Dive and Resort housereef and the Sandugan Sanctuary are manageable for beginners. Species recorded in the area include green sea turtles, pygmy seahorses, leaf scorpionfish, nudibranchs, pharaoh cuttlefish, and whitetip reef sharks.
