Aukštaitija offers freshwater lake diving in a forested, lightly visited corner of north-eastern Lithuania. All four sites in the database are shore-entry and suit beginner divers, with calm or mild conditions and no strong current. Depths across the sites range from shallow lakebed shelves down to forty-five metres, giving divers room to progress. Visibility is variable across sites, typically ranging from five to fifteen metres depending on conditions.
