Hao is a Tuamotu atoll in the South Pacific Ocean offering a mix of reef and wreck diving across three sites near the towns of Otepa and Tetamanu. Tumakohua Pass at the atoll's southern end and the nearby Fakarava Reef suit beginner divers, while the Mairie II shipwreck adds an intermediate option where moderate currents and boat traffic require attention.
