The sites in Fin's Jervis Bay database are located near Narooma on the New South Wales south coast and are shore-entry reef dives suited to beginners. Mystery Bay and Mystery Bay Rock Pool both feature rocky reef structure at manageable depths, with visibility at Mystery Bay ranging from ten to thirty metres on good days. Species recorded include port jackson sharks, eastern blue gropers, blue-throated wrasse, nudibranchs, red morwong, and a variety of reef fish typical of temperate New South Wales waters. Water is cool year-round, dropping into the mid-to-high teens in winter, so a wetsuit is necessary throughout the year.
