Grenada Lake is a freshwater reservoir in Mississippi managed in part by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, encompassing sites across Grenada Lake itself as well as nearby Arkabutla Lake and Sardis Lake. Diving ranges from shallow swimming areas to depths approaching twenty-three metres, with site types including artificial reefs and submerged wrecks such as the remains of the Old Coldwater Townsite. Visibility is frequently limited by clay, mud, and suspended sediment, which is a defining condition across the region. Species encountered include paddlefish, longnose gar, channel catfish, largemouth bass, and sturgeon. Sites suit all skill levels, with entry possible from shore or by boat.
