Edmonds and Mukilteo sit on the eastern shore of Puget Sound north of Seattle, offering six sites built largely around artificial structures. Edmonds Underwater Park, also known as the Bruce Higgins Underwater Trails, is a protected marine preserve with a network of guide ropes and sunken vessels accessible from a sandy beach entry. Nearby, the Edmonds Breakwater, Oil Dock, and Mukilteo T Dock add further artificial reef and wreck diving across a depth range that spans shallow beginner territory to more demanding intermediate sites. Harbour seals, Steller sea lions, dungeness crab, quillback rockfish, and a wide range of nudibranchs are regularly recorded. Nine operators cover the area from Edmonds, Everett, and Martha Lake.
