Greers Ferry Lake is a large Arkansas reservoir offering freshwater diving across more than thirty thousand acres, with topography spanning artificial reefs, wrecks, vertical rock walls, and drop-offs. The Dam Site features dramatic swimming cliffs and wall diving, while Jeffrey Quarry is known for submerged rock faces holding solution quartz crystal formations. Campground Bluff on nearby Norfork Lake adds limestone ledge diving to the region's options. Depths across the region reach down to sixty metres, and a heavy thermocline typically develops in summer. Visibility varies from poor at some lake sites to moderate at the quarry.
