Ang Thong Marine Park is a protected archipelago in the Gulf of Thailand, reached by boat from Koh Samui. The five sites in Fin's database include reef walls, caves, pinnacles, and drift dives, with depths from very shallow down to thirty metres. Conditions generally suit beginners through to intermediate divers, with mild currents across most sites, though some pinnacles can see stronger flow. Visibility varies and is sometimes limited by sediment. Recorded species include green sea turtles, whale sharks, silvertip sharks, bluespotted fantail rays, common seahorses, and hairy frogfish. Koh Yippon features a swim-through that passes directly through the island itself.
