The Kashubian Lakes region covers a spread of freshwater lakes in the area south of the Baltic coast, including Wdzydze, locally known as the Kashubian Sea. The site collection ranges from calm, shallow beginner sites to a dramatic drop-off at Wdzydze that falls from seven metres to sixty-eight metres, requiring intermediate skills. Jezioro Kłodno adds a wreck alongside artificial reef structures. Freshwater species recorded here include pike, burbot, European eel, trout, roach, and freshwater jellyfish. Most sites are reached from the shore, with boat access also available at some locations. September is noted as a quieter time to visit after the busy summer period.
