The Zambales Coast runs along the western side of Luzon facing the West Philippine Sea, and the two sites in our database represent the range well: the HIJMS Kumano, a substantial Japanese warship sitting between seventeen and thirty-three metres, and Hermana Menor Island, a shallow shore-entry coral garden starting at one metre. That combination of wreck and reef, with boat and shore access, gives the coast appeal beyond a single dive type. Water temperatures are warm and consistent year-round, and the research points to the November-to-May window as the period of best conditions.
