Talipanan sits on the western edge of Puerto Galera on Mindoro, within the Verde Island Passage. The four sites here cover reef, wall, drift, pinnacle, and muck environments, with entry possible from shore or by boat depending on the site. Depths range from the shallows to forty metres at Hibo Reef, a deep wall dive reserved for advanced divers due to strong currents. Talipanan Reef is also suited to advanced divers, while Tamaraw Reef and Deluna House Reef work well for beginners. Macro life is a particular draw, with flamboyant cuttlefish, ornate ghostpipefish, and several nudibranch species recorded across the sites.
