Labuan is primarily a wreck diving destination in the South China Sea, with named sites including the Australian Wreck, the American Wreck, the Blue Water Wreck, and the Cement Wreck, a vessel over a hundred metres long that sank in nineteen eighty. Wrecks sit at varying depths, with the shallowest points accessible to intermediate divers and the deeper sections demanding advanced skills, careful buoyancy, and a torch. The Cement Wreck reaches the seabed in the low thirties of metres. Reef sites such as Table Coral Garden and Pulau Kuraman Sandspit round out the options for less experienced divers. Visibility is variable across sites but can be excellent. Diving is possible year-round.
