French Cay is a small, uninhabited island on the Caicos Bank, reachable only by boat from Providenciales. Its waters form a protected national park, and the diving centres on walls, drop-offs, and pinnacles that begin at shallow reef tops and descend well beyond thirty metres. Visibility is consistently strong, often reaching forty metres, which makes the vertical structure easy to appreciate. The site G-Spot features coral-covered pinnacles and swim-throughs, while the broader area regularly draws Caribbean reef sharks, nurse sharks, eagle rays, and sea turtles. All diving is boat-access only, with day trips from Providenciales or liveaboard visits being the standard arrangement.
