Maratua Atoll has observation-backed records of Green Sea Turtle, Grey Reef Shark and Whale Shark, all of which appear occasionally across the site roster. Eagle Ray and Bumphead Parrotfish have also been recorded. Unicornfish and Sea Pike are very commonly encountered on nearly every dive.
