Guam's East Coast faces the Pacific Ocean on the island's windward side and is represented in our database by a single site, Marine Lab, near Mangilao. It is a shore-entry reef dive suited to intermediate divers, with a fixed depth of nineteen metres. Strong currents and surf are characteristic of the site, reflecting the more exposed conditions typical of this coast. Species recorded here lean toward the cryptic, including scorpionfish, blue dragon nudibranch, arc-eye hawkfish, and flagtail triggerfish. Night diving is available at the site.
