Guam's North Coast meets the Philippine Sea through a limestone-edged shoreline, and the two sites in the database reflect that geology directly. Octopus Reef features surge channels, vertical walls, and amphitheatre slopes, while The Tunnel offers a natural reef passage beginning at ten metres and exiting at fourteen. Both sites are relatively shallow, keeping within eighteen metres. Visibility is notably good, ranging from high tens to over forty metres at the tunnel. Bottlenose dolphins and green sea turtles appear alongside resident honeycomb grouper, wrasses, and wedgetail triggerfish. Boat and shore access are both available, and sites suit beginners through to intermediate divers.
