Due to the presence of submerged debris and swim-throughs, divers must maintain awareness of entanglement risks and overhead environments. Water temperatures are warm, ranging from 26 to 33 degrees Celsius. As infrastructure is limited, all equipment, food, and water must be organised through a charter operator or liveaboard prior to departure.

Norah is a shallow, calm marine site in Eritrea featuring a combination of seagrass beds and reef structures. With a consistent depth of 2 metres and no current, it is well suited for beginner divers building confidence. Visibility typically ranges from 5 to 10 metres. Water temperatures are warm, fluctuating between 27 and 33 degrees Celsius throughout the year. Access to this site requires a boat. Divers should wear protective footwear or maintain neutral buoyancy to avoid contact with sharp coral and rocks. As this is a remote location, there are no confirmed facilities on site, so visitors should bring their own water and supplies.
