Koh Tas and Koh Koun are small islands accessible from both Sihanoukville and Kep, offering three sites across reef, pinnacle, and wreck terrain. All sites are rated for beginners, with depths staying within eighteen metres. Shore entry is possible at some spots, making this one of the few areas in Cambodian waters where divers are not wholly dependent on boat logistics. The submerged pinnacle at Pineapple Rock rises from seventeen metres to within a few metres of the surface. Recorded species include common seahorse, hairy frogfish, silvertip shark, whale shark, giant moray, leaf scorpionfish, bluespotted fantail ray, sea turtles, seamoth, and nudibranchs. Visibility varies from five to thirty metres depending on site and conditions.
