Containers Bay in False Bay is a shallow reef site reaching a maximum depth of 14 metres. The site is named for a shipping container that washed onto the rocks during the 1980s, which has since largely rusted away. The topography consists of rocky bottom sections covered in extensive kelp forests and understorey seaweed, including patches of feathery Caulerpa. Access to this site requires a boat. Divers should be aware of potential boat traffic in the area and the risk of kelp entanglement. With mild currents, the site is suitable for beginners.

Rooi Els Point is a reef site located 75 metres offshore from Miller's Point, South Africa. The topography consists of ridges running roughly north, with depths ranging from 12 to 20 metres and an average of 15 metres. Divers encounter dense kelp forests inshore and across the northern reef sections. The site is suitable for beginners, though boat access is required. Species recorded around this area include long-nosed fur seals, crayfish, puffadder shysharks, crabs, bluebottles, klipfish, sea stars, abalone, and various snails, alongside bryozoans, sponges, and colonial ascidians.

Coral Gardens at Miller's Point features a diverse reef environment characterised by kelp forests inshore and within the gully. The reef structure is encrusted with a variety of invertebrates, including sponges, colonial ascidians, sea fans, soft corals, and Noble Coral. Located 250 metres from shore, the site offers depths ranging from 2 to 30 metres, with an average depth of 10 metres. Divers and snorkellers should be prepared for cold water temperatures between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius. Conditions include moderate currents, surge, and potential surf. Access is available via both boat and shore, with parking provided at the site. This location is best suited for intermediate divers.

Crosses is a reef site located off the headland north of Rooi-Els near Miller's Point. The topography features a dense inshore kelp forest and high reef structures, with depths ranging from 8m to 22m, averaging 12m. Access is by boat only, and the site is suited for intermediate divers due to moderate currents and the presence of surge and surf. The name originates from a memorial cross erected on the headland above the site. Water temperatures typically range between 15C and 18C, though upwellings can cause rapid drops to 12C.

Whirlpool Cove at Miller's Point is a reef and drift dive site defined by a turbulent gap between rock formations. The site is named for the powerful vortices created in the gap during strong surges, where water levels can fluctuate by over two metres in seconds. Located 50 metres offshore, the site reaches a maximum depth of 24 metres. Conditions are variable, with visibility ranging from 2 to 15 metres and water temperatures between 15C and 18C, often influenced by a thermocline. Due to the strong currents, surge, and depth, this site is suitable only for advanced divers. Access is available via both shore and boat entries.

Blousteen is a reef site located at Miller's Point, named for the dark rock ridge of the Tygerberg formation found at the entry point. Divers can access this site from both shore and boat, situated approximately 400 metres from the coast. The topography features a reef with depths ranging from 8 to 17 metres, averaging 9 metres. Conditions are generally mild, though the area is subject to surge and cold water, particularly during upwellings caused by south-easterly winds. Visibility typically ranges between 6 and 10 metres. Parking is available at the site, which is suitable for beginner divers.

Rocky Bay at Miller's Point is a reef site characterised by a convex coastline rather than a bay. Located 200 metres offshore, the site features a stable shingle bottom with well-established benthic encrustation. Divers can explore depths ranging from 20 to 27 metres, with an average depth of 20 metres. Entry is possible from both shore and boat. Conditions are variable, with visibility typically between 1 and 5 metres and water temperatures ranging from 14C to 18C. Hazards include surge and low visibility. Facilities available at the site include air fills, showers, toilets, parking, a rinse station, equipment rental, and boat charter services.
