The Narrows is a reef and wall dive site located in the Preservation Inlet region of New Zealand. The topography features a mix of reef and wall structures, with depths ranging from 5 to 40 metres and an average depth of 25 metres. Access to this site is by boat only. Divers should be prepared for moderate currents, cold water temperatures between 9C and 15C, and visibility ranging from 5 to 15 metres. Due to the challenging conditions and depth, this site is suitable for advanced divers. Snorkelling is also possible at this location.

Nee Islets, located at the mouth of Doubtful Sound, features a diverse topography of reefs, walls, and kelp forests. Divers and snorkellers can explore depths ranging from 5 to 40 metres, with an average depth of 20 metres. The site is characterised by a distinct freshwater layer floating above the colder saltwater, which can impact visibility, typically ranging between 5 and 20 metres. Access is by boat only, and the site is suited to intermediate divers due to moderate currents and potential hazards including cold water, entanglement, and low visibility. The islets are also known for hosting a colony of New Zealand fur seals.
