Bow Fiddle Rock is a distinctive natural archway, locally known as the Whale's Mou, located off the East Coast of Scotland. This reef site offers snorkelers a unique perspective of the geology of the Moray Firth. The site is suitable for intermediate snorkelers, with depths ranging from the surface to 5 metres. Entry is via the shore. Conditions are variable, with visibility between 1 and 15 metres and mild currents. Hazards include potential entanglement, strong currents, and surf. The habitat supports a variety of temperate marine life, including reef fish and invertebrates typical of the region. Facilities at the site include parking and toilets.
