Beaver Falls is a series of multi-tiered travertine terraces and pools located 3 miles downstream from Mooney Falls. This freshwater site offers a secluded experience for both divers and snorkellers. The water depth is shallow, averaging 1 metre, with a maximum depth of 2 metres. Visibility typically ranges from 5 to 15 metres. Access is via the shore, though the site is located 4800 metres from the shore. The water temperature fluctuates between the 50s°F in winter and the 70s°F in summer. The habitat supports various temperate freshwater fish and invertebrates. Divers should be prepared for moderate currents and cold water conditions.

Blue Spring serves as the primary source of the Little Colorado River, known for its distinctive turquoise water. This freshwater site features a shallow depth of up to 3 metres. Divers and snorkellers access the water from the shore. Conditions at the site vary, with water temperatures typically around 20.5°C, though winter temperatures can drop between 10°C and 15°C. Due to the nature of the environment, this site is suitable for advanced divers. The spring is noted for its milky-blue appearance, which characterises the river downstream.
