Twin Rocks is a shore-accessible reef site on the southern Oregon coast, defined by a series of large sea stacks. The northern end of the beach offers a sheltered environment suitable for both diving and snorkeling. Divers and snorkellers can expect cold water temperatures between 10C and 12C, with visibility ranging from 5m to 10m. Marine life recorded at the site includes the common Hermissenda, crabs, and various nudibranchs such as the Monterey Dorid and Three-lined Aeolid. Ochre Sea Stars are very common, particularly between May and August. Ling Cod, Scorpionfish, and Harbor Seals are also occasionally encountered. Hazards include cold water, surge, strong currents, and sea urchins.

Harris Beach, located in the Goat Island Channel, features rocky reefs exposed to significant Pacific swells. This site is suitable for advanced divers due to challenging conditions, including moderate currents, surge, and surf. Depths typically range from 1 to 10 metres, with an average of 15 metres. Visibility is limited, often between 2 and 5 metres. Water temperatures remain cold, fluctuating between 9 and 12 degrees Celsius throughout the year. Shore access is available, and the site includes facilities such as parking, toilets, showers, and changing rooms. Snorkelling is possible, though best reserved for calm summer days or extreme low tides.

Zwagg Island, also known as Grand Island, is a marine site featuring a reef and kelp forest environment. Accessible via a sandy isthmus from Mill Beach during low tide, the site offers depths ranging from 5 to 9 metres, with an average depth of 7 metres. Divers and snorkellers should be prepared for cold water temperatures between 9C and 12C. The site is suited for intermediate skill levels due to potential hazards including strong currents, surge, low visibility, and the risk of entanglement in kelp. Shore entry is required to access the island's leeward side, which features rocky topography and underwater passageways.

Pistol River Mouth (South Unit) is a marine reef site on the Southern Oregon Coast characterised by rocky outcrops and a dynamic estuary. This site is suited for advanced divers due to challenging conditions, including cold water temperatures ranging from 10C to 12C, strong currents, rip currents, and surf. Shore entry is required, and parking is available for visitors. Snorkelling is possible but limited, with the best conditions occurring on the ocean side of the rock formations during calm summer mornings. Chetco Cove on the northwest side near Chetco Point features dense bull kelp forests within a sheltered bay. This site provides a calmer environment than the open coast, making it suitable for beginners to snorkel through kelp canopies. Access is via the shore, with parking and toilets available nearby. Water temperatures range from 10C to 14C throughout the year. Conditions vary, so assess the water before entry. Potential hazards include cold water, entanglement in kelp, low visibility, surf, and the presence of sharks.

Cave Rock Arch is a massive sea stack located on the Southern Oregon Coast near Pistol River. The site features a natural tunnel carved through the centre of the rock formation. Divers and snorkellers can explore the base of the stack and the interior of the arch, though access is restricted to extreme low tides when surge conditions are minimal. Ariya's Beach is a reef site located between the main Myers Creek pullouts on the Southern Oregon Coast. The topography consists of a melange of ancient rock formations and clusters of sea stacks that create small, protected channels. Divers and snorkellers can explore these vertical rock faces at depths ranging from 1 to 10 metres, with an average depth of 5 metres. Access is via the shore, with the site situated 50 metres from the beach. Conditions are variable, featuring strong currents, surge, and surf. Hazards include rip currents and sharp rock formations. Typical dive times are approximately 45 minutes, with visibility ranging between 3 and 10 metres.
