Car Wreck is a freshwater site located in Lake Chelan, offering a diverse depth profile ranging from 6 to 61 metres. This artificial reef structure is accessible via both shore and boat entry. Visibility at the site typically fluctuates between 5 and 15 metres. Due to the significant depth and cold water temperatures, which remain low at depth year-round, this site is suited for intermediate divers. Divers should exercise caution regarding the cold water and potential entanglement hazards by avoiding wreck penetration. On-site facilities include parking, toilets, showers, a rinse station, and air fills, with boat charters also available for those preferring water-based access.
