Hulopoe Bay is a protected Marine Life Conservation District featuring a crescent beach and a rocky reef. Snorkelling is best along the reef on the east side of the bay near the tide pools. The site is suitable for beginners, with depths ranging from 1 to 7 metres and an average of 4 metres. Visibility is high, typically between 30 and 46 metres. Divers and snorkellers regularly encounter wrasses and redlip parrotfish. Other species recorded here include Achilles tang, black durgeon, bluefin trevally, yellow tang, guineafowl puffer, bird wrasse, palenose parrotfish, freckled hawkfish, Hawaiian convict surgeonfish, moorish idol, Pacific bullethead parrotfish, and groupers. Be aware of boat traffic, rip currents, and surf.

Fish Rock is a shallow pinnacle and reef located 45 metres from shore at Molokini Crater. The site features a top covered in soft moon corals that move with the water.
