Water temperatures remain cold year-round, typically around 16-17°C in October, making dry suits necessary even during summer months. Entry is via the shore. The environment supports various temperate freshwater fish and invertebrates. Hazards include cold water, significant depth, potential entanglement, and low visibility. The site is suitable for beginners and offers night diving opportunities, with typical dives lasting 30 minutes.

Haunted Mansion is a shore-entry reef site on the Izu Peninsula, offering depths between 6 and 17 metres. The site features a mild current and visibility ranging from 9 to 25 metres. Due to the nature of the reef, there is a risk of entanglement, making precise buoyancy control essential. Divers should carry a cutting tool at all times. Guided tours are available and recommended for first-time visitors, especially for night dives. The site is suited for intermediate divers, and air fills are provided on-site.

Miho is a shore-entry wall dive located on the Izu Peninsula. The wall extends from the surface to a depth of 18 metres, providing a straightforward profile suitable for beginner divers.
