Playa Santa Lucia is a reef site located 1800 metres offshore, protected from the Atlantic Ocean by a large coral barrier. The site is suitable for beginners, with an average depth of 2 metres and visibility ranging from 10 to 40 metres. Access is primarily by boat, though the site supports both diving and snorkelling activities. Water temperatures remain warm throughout the year, between 26C and 30C. Divers should be aware of potential hazards including jellyfish, sea urchins, sharp coral, stonefish, sharks, and moderate currents. Facilities at the resort include parking, toilets, showers, equipment rental, and air fills.
