The site is located in Douglas-Apsley National Park. From Bicheno, travel approximately 3km north on the Tasman Highway (A3) and turn west onto Rosedale Road. Follow this for about 7.4km to the car park. The waterhole is a short walk (approx. 600m) from the car park. A National Parks pass is required for entry.
