The site reaches depths of 2 to 11 metres, with an average depth of 8 metres. Conditions include mild currents and visibility ranging from 5 to 15 metres. Surface temperatures can reach 35°C in summer, though water temperatures drop significantly below the 7.5-metre thermocline, necessitating thermal protection. Facilities available on-site include parking, toilets, showers, changing rooms, a rinse station, air fills, a dive shop, equipment rental, and guided tours. The site is suitable for beginners and offers a typical dive duration of 40 minutes.

Hotel Island East is a freshwater site featuring a combination of reef and cave topography. Reached by boat, the site offers depths ranging from 2 to 11 metres with an average of 5 metres. Visibility is variable, typically between 5 and 15 metres. While the mild current is suitable for beginners, the overhead cave environment presents specific hazards, including entanglement risks and reduced natural light. Thermoclines cause significant temperature variations throughout the water column, and cold water is a consistent factor. Snorkellers should remain aware of potential jellyfish and use caution in the cave sections. Gear storage is available at the departure point.

Lake Ouachita is a large freshwater site featuring over 200 islands and 40,000 acres of water. Diving here requires a boat, with depths ranging from 10 to 60 metres and an average depth of 15 metres. Divers encounter mild currents and visibility between 5 and 15 metres. A thermocline is typically present between 4.5 and 10.5 metres, causing significant temperature drops below this depth. Summer surface temperatures reach 25 to 29°C, while winter surface temperatures range from 7 to 10°C. The site is suitable for beginners and supports night diving.
