The Tower is a shore-entry artificial reef located in the United States, offering a shallow environment suitable for beginner divers. The site reaches depths of up to 10 metres, with visibility typically around 5 metres. Divers should expect mild currents and must remain vigilant regarding boat traffic, as the area is active with vessels. The use of a surface marker buoy is essential for safety during ascents and surface intervals. Several thermoclines are present, necessitating a 5-4-3 wetsuit for most of the year, while dry suits are recommended during the colder months of winter, early spring, and late autumn. Night diving is permitted at this location.
