Access is strictly by boat due to its distance from shore. Divers should be prepared for strong currents and variable visibility between 10 and 30 metres. Water temperatures typically range from 27 to 30C, though thermoclines and the Green Monster phenomenon can cause temperatures to drop significantly, sometimes reaching 21C. Princess Bay is a reef site located 1000 metres off Koh Bon in the Andaman North region of Thailand. Anita’s Reef is a rolling reef slope located on the east side of islands 5 and 6 in the Similan Islands. The site features a mix of reef, wall, and wreck topography, extending from a shallow depth of 5 metres down to 30 metres, with an average depth of 20 metres. Divers and snorkellers can expect mild currents and visibility ranging from 5 to 40 metres. Access is strictly by boat. The site is suitable for beginners and supports night diving.
