Chaviolas is the largest island in Lake Maggiore, featuring a small, protected triangular bay on its northern side. Located approximately 100 metres from the shore, this site requires boat access. Divers should be prepared for cold water temperatures typical of a mountain lake, which generally range from below 5°C to a maximum of 12-16°C during summer months. Due to the depth and environmental conditions, this site is suitable for advanced divers. The area offers a secluded experience away from the main shoreline. Air fills and boat charters are available to facilitate visits to this location.
