Rappukallio is a deep freshwater wall dive located in the Päijänne Region. The site features a sheer rock face that drops from 45 metres to a maximum depth of 97 metres, with an average depth of 70 metres. Visibility typically ranges between 5 and 10 metres. Due to the extreme depths, cold water temperatures of 4°C, and overhead environment, this site is strictly for technical divers. Boat access is required to reach the location. Divers should be prepared for the risks of nitrogen narcosis and ensure appropriate gas management and thermal protection for the conditions. The habitat supports typical cold freshwater fauna and flora found within the region.

Siikajarvi in the Finnish Lakeland provides a calm, shallow freshwater dive experience suitable for beginners. The site features a maximum depth of 10 metres, with an average depth of 5 to 10 metres. Divers enter from the shore into water with mild currents and visibility ranging from 5 to 15 metres. Due to the cold water, which maintains a year-round bottom temperature of 4°C, a drysuit or a minimum of a 7mm wetsuit with hood and gloves is required. Divers should exercise caution regarding entanglement risks when navigating the structure and remain aware of boat traffic when swimming to and from the wreck.
