Scoglietto is a small islet and biological protection zone located off Capo Enfola. Established as a protected area in 1971, the site features a diverse topography including reefs, walls, caves, and drop-offs. Divers can explore depths ranging from 5 to 40 metres, with an average depth of 25 metres. Access is by boat only, as the site is situated 1500 metres from the shore. Conditions typically involve mild currents and visibility between 10 and 15 metres. The site is suitable for intermediate divers and offers excellent snorkelling opportunities. Hazards include boat traffic, overhead environments within the caves, and sea urchins.

Scoglietto - Franata Nord is a rockfall site located 1500 metres from the shore of Capo Enfola. The topography features a mix of reef, wall, and cave formations that descend from 5 to 39 metres, with an average depth of 18 metres. This site is accessible by boat and is suitable for beginners, though divers should remain aware of the potential for nitrogen narcosis at greater depths. Visibility ranges from 12 to 30 metres with mild currents. Species recorded around this area include wrasses, bream, scorpionfish, Mediterranean moray, common octopus, and European common cuttlefish, alongside various jellyfish species.

Spiaggia di Sansone is a shore-entry snorkel site near Capo Enfola, characterised by a white pebble seabed that enhances visibility. The site features a large sea stack on the left side of the bay, which serves as a primary area for observation. Depths are shallow, averaging 3 metres with a range of 1 to 5 metres. Conditions are generally suitable for beginners, with mild currents and visibility typically between 15 and 25 metres. Species recorded around this area include wrasses, bream, and various invertebrates. Water temperatures fluctuate significantly throughout the year, ranging from 14C to 26C, and a wetsuit is recommended for prolonged exposure. Jellyfish may be present as a hazard.

Santa Lucia Bank is a reef located 300 metres off Capo Enfola, Elba. The site features a reef structure extending from 6 to 25 metres, with an average depth of 17 metres. Divers typically experience mild currents and visibility ranging from 30 to 40 metres, allowing for clear views of the bank from mid-water. Access is by boat only. The site is suitable for beginners and open to Open Water certified divers. Night diving is also permitted. Water temperatures fluctuate between 14 and 21 degrees Celsius throughout the year, requiring appropriate thermal protection depending on the season.

Scoglio della Nave is a prominent rock formation off the tip of the Enfola peninsula, resembling the shape of a ship.
