The Gutter at Bass Point is a reef site accessible via a 100-metre shore entry. The topography features a natural gutter formation, with depths ranging from 9 to 30 metres and an average of 15 metres. Divers frequently encounter Grey Nurse Sharks, Eastern Blue Gropers, and various wrasses. Other species recorded include Spotted Wobbegongs, Giant Cuttlefish, Green Morays, and Port Jackson Sharks. The site is suitable for beginners, though entry and exit conditions can be challenging during high tides or swell. A 7mm wetsuit is recommended due to water temperatures between 18C and 23C.

Blue Devil Cave at Bass Point is a shore dive featuring a small cave system and surrounding reef. Divers can explore depths ranging from 3 to 22 metres, with visibility typically between 9 and 13 metres. The site is sheltered from most winds, resulting in mild currents. The cave creates an overhead environment, and surge can be present near the entry and exit points, which may be challenging during high tides. Marine life recorded at the site includes Eastern blue devilfish, wobbegong sharks, wrasses, sea hares, sea stars, snails, and nudibranchs such as Jorunna Nudibranch and Clown Doris.

Lou’s Reef at Bass Point is a challenging wall and drop-off site reaching depths of 32 metres. The topography features dense growths of sponges and gorgonians. Divers and snorkellers should be prepared for variable, moderate currents and surge near the wall, which require strong buoyancy control. Visibility is limited, ranging from less than one to four metres, making a torch and surface marker buoy essential equipment. Due to the depth and current conditions, this site is suited for advanced divers. The site is located 4000 metres from shore and is typically accessed by boat.

Bushrangers Bay at Bass Point is a versatile shore-entry site featuring a mix of reef, wall, and kelp forest topography. Depths range from 3 to 22 metres, making it accessible for beginners.
