Stephens Lake Municipal Park Swimming Area is a freshwater site located southwest of Gillam, Canada. The topography consists of submerged rocks and aquatic vegetation accessible via a shore entry. Snorkelers should note that visibility is often limited by sediment from the Nelson River. Depths at this site range from 1 metre to 31 metres, with mild currents present. Water temperatures in northern Manitoba lakes are typically cool, ranging between 15°C and 18°C during summer months, though conditions are significantly colder in April. Facilities at the park include parking, toilets, showers, changing rooms, a rinse station, and a dive shop offering equipment rental and air fills.
