Kettle Point at the southern end of Pine Lake offers a unique perspective of submerged karst formations and limestone shelves. Located near the group campsite, this site provides a quieter alternative to the main beach. The lake bed drops off quickly, requiring caution due to the deep water. Shore access is available, and the site includes parking, toilets, showers, and changing rooms. Water temperatures suitable for swimming typically occur between July and early September. This location is suitable for beginners, though divers should be prepared for the rapid change in depth characteristic of the sinkhole topography.

Pine Lake Beach consists of three merged sinkholes featuring a sandy shoreline and freshwater conditions. Divers and snorkellers can explore depths ranging from the surface to 12 metres, with an average depth of 5 metres. The site is suitable for beginners and offers mild currents. Surface water temperatures during summer months can reach 26.5°C, with minimal thermal stratification. Facilities at the site include parking, toilets, showers, changing rooms, a rinse station, and a cafe. Access is via a shore entry.
